We don’t have an automated telephone assistant. We subscribe to the old school automation service, meaning if we are by the telephone we pick it up. If we can’t get to it, your call goes to voicemail. We check our voicemail regularly and we will call you back. On the product side, we have world class product development capabilities. At Made, we come from a product design background and the unknown is very welcome. We are always coming up with new ways of doing things in and around the digital camera market. It is one of the most exciting product spaces to be in right now. We actively patent our products and have a growing patent portfolio.
